All personnel must take reasonable care for their own health and safety and that of others while at work, protect the environment, and cooperate with the Company on all safety-related matters.

Conducting frequent internal and third-party audits to benchmark and monitor health, safety, and environmental performance at our workplaces and to ensure continuous improvement.
Promoting a positive safety culture and empowering everyone—regardless of their role—to stop any task or operation they believe to be hazardous, or that could result in injury, environmental damage, or harm to equipment.
Investigating incidents transparently and communicating findings clearly.
