Originally founded in 1972 as Fosroc Ltd., the company was acquired by the JMH Group in 2002. Fosroc Türkiye, which operated under the JMH Group until recently, continues its journey independently as Fosroc SCC: Fosroc Specialty Construction Chemicals as of 2025 in the field of liquid construction chemicals.
